The Golden Niche

I see a lot of people trying to sell products that have been done to death - fitness products, "Make Money Online" programs, confidence/dating coaching, etc.

While these niches print cash - they don't necessarily require any skill to get into. The barrier to entry is pretty low. Which is why you see a lot of competition here.

And if there is one thing I hate in this world - it's competition. You want less of it.

So what do we do? We enter a niche where the barrier to entry is higher. Not everyone should be able to do it.

Is that enough? Hell no!

Having a high barrier to entry is not enough. You need money and opportunities in the niche as well. And what's a niche with lots of money, opportunity and high barrier to entry?

Coding!

Seriously, if you become a good coder, you can literally print money. You can

Do a job
Make a SaaS
Teach coding
Coach people for interviews
Sell infoproducts
Start a software agency

The opportunities are endless! You can make money in multiple ways, and its an actual skill that is valued in the world.

It's scary how overlooked the software niche is. Many people are way too afraid of coding and never start. Trust me, coding is not that hard - it's just the first 3 months or so that seem difficult. If you learn even basic web development and design - you can get started.

You can get started in 6 months tops - you will be proficient enough to get an entry level job. You can start to freelance, and make it into an agency. Next, you build your own SaaS - and teach people how to become a code ninja.

There are people on twitter doing 7 figures revenue - they own 3 SaaS, 2 coaching programs, have 2 remote jobs, consult people for interview prep, have a coding prep program - these are all full-time incomes with little time investment.

Best part? If everything fails you can always get a job! Become an instructor on udemy or something and make Wifi Money. Top coding instructors on Udemy do millions in annual sales.
